Target areas

We operate with the regional structures defined by WEMF AG für Werbemedienforschung.
The geographical extents and population figures of the various target areas are based on official data obtained from the Federal Office of Statistics (BFS).

Swiss federal census 2000 (published 2003)

The statistics of the official population census conducted every ten years are the only reliable basis for the calculation of media performance figures. The different updating techniques of the individual cantons make comparisons impossible.
