Ticket
Special 1st class SBB tickets will be provided free of charge. These are valid throughout Switzerland on 13 and 14 June 2025. Further information will follow after the registration.
Fare zone Zurich Transport Network (ZVV): 154 (does not belong to the city of Zurich)
Timetable
Nearest SBB train stop: Schlieren railway station (SN1, S11, S12), then approx. 8 minutes on foot
Nearest ZVV tram stop: "Wagonsfabrik" is directly in front of the event location (tram line 2 & 20)
By car
Fees
Driving and parking fees are at your own expense.
Parking facilities
JED Areal : A limited number of parking spaces are available.
Parking Wagi Shopping : There are a total of 157 parking spaces available.
Please do not use the car parks at Parkside Schlieren and Lilie Shoppingpoint, as they close at 6:00 and 10:00 PM respectively.
Overnight stay
German-speaking Switzerland
No overnight stay is planned for employees from German-speaking Switzerland, as there are good public transport connections throughout German-speaking Switzerland on Friday until late at night. Of course, they can arrange accommodation at their own expense if they wish.
Western Switzerland / Valais / Ticino
An overnight stay with breakfast in a nearby hotel will be organised for employees from the locations in French-speaking Switzerland, Valais and Ticino, as returning home on the same evening is not possible.

Opening & working hours
Opening hours
The reduced opening hours of the locations on the "party day" as well as a corresponding on-call organisation will be agreed with the (location) managers after the registration deadline and communicated at a later date.
Working hours
Participation in the "Birthday Party - 125 Years APG|SGA" is voluntary and will not be counted as working hours. To avoid minus hours on the day of arrival, the missing working time can be recorded in the RTM as "Miscellaneous paid absences". The return journey cannot be counted as working hours.
Normal working hours apply for employees who are not attending the "Birthday Party - 125 Years APG|SGA".
