APGMontagne: Markus Bien appointed new Managing Director

15.04.11

Markus Bien will take over as Managing Director of APG Montagne as of 1 June 2011. Although the company's former Head of Sales has recently been working for NZZ Media, he has decided to return to the mountain advertising specialists.

Markus Bien can look back on a long career in advertising sales. He was previously head of an advisory group at Publimedia, key account managers for Publicitas AG.

Daniel Strobel, Head of Advertising Market & Segment Companies Switzerland for the Affichage Group, on the appointment of Mr Bien: "Markus Bien's return to APGMontagne means we are welcoming back an experienced expert in the Swiss advertising market. His previous role as Head of Sales has already enabled him to acquire direct access to our major partners and customers in this segment."

Marcel Baumann, the current Managing Director of APGMontagne, has decided to leave the company and take up a new role within the Affichage Group. The Group would like to thank him for his commitment and the effective role he has played for APGMontagne, and is delighted that he has decided to stay with Affichage.
