APG|SGA – Ongoing expansion of digital offering
Switzerland's largest out-of-home advertising company proves it is also a leader in the digital sector. The range of large full-HD ePanels and eBoards is growing steadily. This November, a series of new ePanels commenced operation in three more shopping centres as well as in the Arosa/Lenzerheide ski region. This means that advertising clients already have more than a hundred digital screens with dimensions of up to 60m2 per area available in prime locations.
APG|SGA has once again expanded its range of digital posters. The company recently installed ten new, high-quality Shopping ePanels for advertising clients at Shopping Arena in St. Gallen. There are also four Shopping ePanels in City West, Chur, and four in the Ladedorf shopping centre in Langendorf, Solothurn. In the attractive Arosa/Lenzerheide ski region, which will be joined by a new chairlift in January, six Mountain ePanels have been mounted at the base and intermediate stations.
This brings APG|SGA's digital portfolio to well over 100 large full-HD screens at popular locations with high footfall. In addition to the Shopping and Mountain ePanels, the Swiss advertising company also markets the very successful Rail eBoards in large Swiss railway stations and the Rail ePanels. The innovative rail projectors have been operating in Zurich main station for the past few weeks. Also in Zurich, two Event ePanels have been hanging in the Hallenstadion since the start of the year, and TrafficMediaScreens are attracting attention on various public transport buses.
The clear market leader in digital out-of-home media
APG|SGA has by far the most attractive range of high-quality digital out-of-home advertising media and now generates annual sales of over CHF 20 million. This makes APG|SGA the clear market leader in this growing out-of-home advertising segment too. The recent DemoSCOPE study carried out on behalf of the City of Zurich on the pilot ePanels in the city centre shows that digital out-of-home advertising is very well accepted by both the advertising market and the general public. 78% of those surveyed said that they found the digital advertising media good or very good. The other results of the study also encourage APG|SGA to further expand its range of high-quality digital services.
