We support our staff in achieving our sustainability goals by providing guidelines:
A ‘Code of Conduct’ sets out how our mission statement should be put into practice in our day-to-day work.
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption guidelines set out how we are expected to conduct ourselves with integrity in our day-to-day work. In addition, all staff members complete an annual online test to refresh their knowledge of these guidelines.
An external reporting channel enables all staff to report any suspected misconduct anonymously.
