Services industriels de Lausanne (SiL) prioritise being close to the local community – not only through digital services, but also through a physical presence in everyday urban life. For the ‘bli bla blo’ communications campaign, the aim was to find an eye-catching solution to ensure visibility right in the heart of Lausanne. The choice fell on an unusual advertising format: the complete interior design of a metro train.
Cléo Feiner, Product Promotion Manager at SiL, sums up why this particular medium was chosen and what makes the partnership with APG|SGA so special: “With the ‘bli bla blo’ offerings, we aim to connect with the people of Lausanne by providing them with internet, TV and mobile solutions that meet their needs. APG|SGA’s outdoor advertising solutions – particularly the branding of entire metro trains – have proved to be the ideal way to strengthen our local presence. Why did we choose this? Because the visual impact is striking and immersive: Our multimedia offerings are thus visible right at the heart of the people of Lausanne’s daily lives – in the very centre of their city. We were equally impressed by the high quality of our collaboration with APG|SGA. The dialogue is always open, constructive and tailored to our needs, and their advice is invaluable for optimising every single detail of each project. And last but not least: APG|SGA understands our specific challenges – namely, bringing ‘bli bla blo’ to life as a multimedia experience on every street corner. This metro project has been a great success, and we look forward to building on this momentum.”
