APG|SGA sells its property in the city of Bern – with a positive impact of CHF 3.4 million on the net result

[Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR] APG|SGA is consistently implementing its defined real estate strategy. The building at Bahnhöheweg 82 in 3018 Bern requires modernisation and further development in the coming years; APG|SGA therefore decided at the beginning of the year to sell the property through a bidding process, sparking considerable interest from potential buyers.

[Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR] Significant revenue increase of 10.4% in a persistently challenging environment. Rise in consolidated net income of 24.9%. Successful ongoing development of portfolio.

Arbitration tribunal dismisses the claim for damages brought by APG|SGA and its Serbian subsidiary Alma Quattro against Serbia

[Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 KR] APG|SGA today announced an arbitral award under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ( ICSID), relating to a 25-year contract with the Serbian capital Belgrade dating from 2017 and issued pursuant to the Agreement between the Swiss Confederation and the Republic of Serbia on the Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investments.

APG|SGA appoints new management in the Zurich, East and South-East sales regions

APG|SGA has appointed a new head of its Zurich, East and South-East sales regions: Pascal Frei will take up the post on 20 April 2026. He succeeds Alexandra Kronshagen, who has left the company of her own accord.

Extraordinary General Meeting approves ‘opting-up’ provision

[Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 KR] The extraordinary general meeting of APG|SGA AG held on 23 January 2026 approved the NZZ’s shareholder resolution to introduce a selective ‘opting-up’ provision into the company’s Articles of Association. This fulfils a prerequisite for the NZZ’s plan to increase its stake from the current 25 per cent to 45 per cent through the two share purchases from JCDecaux SE and Pargesa Asset Management S.A.
