Bundesgericht bestätigt den Entscheid der Stadt Lausanne – APG|SGA erhält Plakatkonzession

Die involvierten Parteien sind am 15. März 2017 darüber informiert worden, dass das Bundesgericht den Entscheid der Stadt Lausanne betreffend Vergabe der Plakatkonzession an die APG|SGA bestätigt. In seiner Urteilsbegründung gibt das Bundesgericht der Stadt Lausanne in allen wesentlichen Punkten Recht. Dadurch erhält die APG|SGA das exklusive Recht, in der Stadt Lausanne für die nächsten fünf Jahre insgesamt 1'980 Plakatflächen zu vermarkten. Davon bilden die über 400 Leuchtplakatflächen an besten Lagen das Premium-Angebot. Zudem plant die APG|SGA in neues digitales Trägermaterial zu investieren und ein digitales Werbeträger-Netz an Premium-Lagen zu realisieren.
