Changes to APG|SGA’s Management Board and organisational structure
Beat Holenstein, Head of Marketing & Partner Market and member of the Management Board, has decided to leave APG|SGA as of 30 September 2026 after more than 30 years in order to pursue private projects outside the Out of Home Media industry. However, he will remain available to APG|SGA on an ad-hoc basis and for projects if required. The APG|SGA Board of Directors and Executive Committee would like to thank Beat Holenstein for his successful contribution over many years and wish him all the best in this new chapter of his life. Beat Holenstein’s decision to leave APG|SGA in around 13 months, which was communicated well in advance, will enable APG|SGA to adapt its organisational structure step by step and to make it fit for the future.
As of 1 January 2026, Nico Benz-Müller will assume responsibility for the Partner Market division in addition to his current role as CFO. As part of the organisational changes, Nicolas Adolph, who was previously Head of Product Management, will move to the Partner Market division at the start of 2026 as Head of Projects, Submissions & Services, along with the space management team. Peter Gretener (previously Finance) will also join Partner Market as Head of Business Controlling. Beat Holenstein will remain in charge of the Marketing division until his departure, taking over direct leadership of the Product Management division from 1 January 2026. His successor in these divisions will be announced at a later date.
As of 1 October 2025, the Programmatic and aymo units and their head Michael Pevec, currently under the remit of Beat Holenstein, will transfer to the Advertising Market division under the overall leadership of Andy Bürki. This division will be reorganised as of 1 October 2025 in order to align itself even more effectively with the requirements of the advertising market. Michael Sutter will assume overall responsibility for Regional Sales Consulting and Transport Advertising. The Airport Advertising and Sales International unit will be headed by Raffaello Giorgio, who will report to Marcel Baumann, Head of Key Account Management. Danilo Ciaravolo, current Head of Airport Advertising and Sales International, will leave APG|SGA in October 2025.
This reassignment of remits and the relevant new appointments will enable the APG|SGA organisation to optimally align itself with the diverse challenges the future poses and consistently respond to the needs of its market partners.
